The Cocoon Transformational Coaching
The Cocoon Transformational Coaching (TCTC) provides customized coaching services to suit clients' specific needs.
TCTC was founded by Cristine H. Tirol in 2025, as a way of pursuing her personal calling by way of helping people realize transformation in their lives.
Coaching programs are conducted primarily via Zoom to clients all over the world.
For clients who prefer face to face interaction, TCTC also operates a boutique coaching clinic and facility in Dauis, Panglao Island, Bohol, Philippines. The facility offers a coaching clinic, livings quarters and health and wellness features and services geared towards supporting clients in their transformation process.

Cristine H. Tirol is a certified Transformation Coach with a wide range of life experiences. She has worked in various fields including banking, restaurants, academic research, government and political research and project management, and environmental research. She is also presently engaged in political consultancy.
She earned both certificates for health and life coaching from the Health Coach Institute based in the United States. She holds a master's degree in Environmental Management and Sustainability from Harvard University (2011) in Cambridge, MA, a MBA from the Asian Institute of Management (1995) in Makati City, Philippines, and a BS in Business Economics (cum laude) from the University of the Philippines (1991) in Quezon City, Philippines. She is also a Pastry Arts graduate from L'academie de Cuisine (2006) in Gaithersburg, MD (which unfortunately closed in 2017).
Her personal journey led her to a long but fruitful process of self discovery and self love.
She lives in Dauis, Panglao Island, Bohol, Philippines with her husband Apolo, seven dogs, two cats, an iguana and gazillion birds and fish. She has raised two beautiful daughters, Uma and Radha Maria.
